The Hercules Power Fitness Challenge!-1
Mary was a 22 year old single woman who worked as a librarian at the Chattanooga Park Library at the reference desk. Mary was a very thin, willowy small chested woman who's height was 5 foot 9 inches tall. Recently Mary had signed up with with Women Power Temporary Services, to get her a second part time job, to help supplement her income. Late on a Friday afternoon, Marie from the Women Power Temporary Services called Mary at the library and told her, that they had an open six week assignment for her, if she was interested. Mary said she was very interested. Marie then went on to tell Mary, the six week assignment was for the Hercules Exercise Equipment Company. To promote sales on their exercise equipment, they were looking to get average women to take The Hercules Power Fitness Challenge. This would be six weeks straight of working out with their equipment, including staying on and following a special diet. Mary who wasn't crazy about exercising, or dieting for that matter, only agreed to take the assignment because it payed well.........The following Monday evening Mary reported to the Hercules Power Fitness Center. After Mary checked in and registered, she then met a very muscular man wearing a white t shirt with Hercules Power Fitness Center stenciled across his thick muscular chest, and matching white shorts that exhibited his muscular legs. He introduced himself as Brian, and told Mary that for the next six weeks he was going to be her personal trainer. After he weighed and measured Mary's thin, willowy small chested body, Brian then gave Mary a complimentary Hercules Power Fitness Center white t-shirt and matching white shorts, then Brian pointed Mary towards the women's locker room........After Mary changed into her t-shirt and shorts, she then met Brian in the gym. Before the work out, Brian told Mary about the nutrition and diet plan he wanted Mary to follow that would add strength and muscle mass to her skinny body, during the next six weeks she spent in the program. Then Brain handed Mary a copy, and told her to follow it to a T! Then Mary and Brain headed towards the work out area........."All right Mary." Brain said. "Let's start out slow. I'm going to show you how to do squats with a barbell." After Brain demonstrated how to do squats with the barbell, he then set the amount of weight on the barbell to 125 pounds, the same amount as Mary's body weight. Mary struggled with the bar, even though she was very skinny, Mary wasn't in that great a shape, she had gotten a little soft from sitting behind a desk 8 hours a day, and was totally skinny fat. Mary's legs had a bit flabby and her lower belly was starting to develop a small pot. Mary's arms were very soft and lacked any muscle tone or definition what so ever, and her rear end was starting to sagging and flabby........Brain stopped her, as he said; "Mary, you have to bend your knees and come all the way down, to get the full effect of the exercise. Now try it again." After a few more reps, Mary got the exercise right. As Mary continued doing squats with the 125 pound barbell, bending her knees while squatting down deep, she felt her hamstrings stretch out. As Mary struggled to come back up, her quads fought to get back up. Mary's legs burned a bit, but it felt good! Brain had Mary do three sets of squats, as she was finishing up the last five, the barbell felt immense, but because Mary was doing the squats right now, she felt like her legs could power through. As Mary was doing her last squat, as she was about to come back up, her legs felt like two limp noodles that started shaking. The pain in Mary's legs cried out; "QUIT!" but Mary's heart didn't let her it and she stood straight up. Then Brain looked at Mary and said; "Give me two more sets!"..........Mary was so exhausted by the time she got home and went to bed. Brain had put Mary through squats, dead lifts, calf rises, lunges, made her ride the Exercycle 5000 and run on the treadmill for 15 minutes straight! After her work out was finished, Brain also made Mary drink down a cocktail of nutrition supplements to help her gain muscular weight, as well as feeding her a very healthy dinner.......That night, Mary dreamed that she was working at the library, and a big burly woman accidentally bumped into her, knocking the books she was carrying out of her hands. Mary exerted her library authority as she said; "Pick up those books, you fat cow!" "Make me tooth pick girl!" The burly woman said while she poked her index finger hard into Mary's small chest. Then all of sudden, Mary's left eye started to twitch, as a angry growl started growing in the pit of her stomach. Then Mary's small chest as well as her arms and shoulders started to swell up bigger, till the buttons on her blouse became stretched to the point of popping off one at a time, while her huge muscular arms and shoulders ripped her blouse to shreds! Then Mary grabbed the burly woman by her t-shirt and lifted her two feet off the ground, while she roared; "I SAID, PICK UP THOSE BOOKS NOW YOU FAT COW!" The dream was so realistic in Mary's mind, that she woke up in a cold sweat! While she sat up in bed and madly ran her hands up and down her skinny body. When she realized that she hadn't turned into the Incredible She-Hulk, as Mary laid back down trying to fall asleep, she wondered to herself; "What have I gotten myself into?" End Of Part 1
