For Jeff, the 5 months he needed to spend in Akron Ohio setting up the new corporate office for his company, seemed to pass by very slowly. Every night at 9pm, Jeff would call his wife on his cell phone while he was in his hotel room, and after telling Sandra about the progress he was making setting up the new corporate office in Akron, he then listened to Sandra complain about how hard Sheryl and her were working out in the weight room, and how tough it was following such a strict diet. Then for lunch, they had a small skinned chicken breast with a boiled greens on the side, and for dinner a small piece of broiled fish with another side of boiled greens. When Jeff heard that he asked; "Sandy how could you bulk up eating that little? Shouldn't you be eating 6 or 7 large meals a day?" Sandra laughed as she replied; "Thank god Jeff you aren't in charge of my body building training. In 6 months instead of being in contest shape, I'd be a fat bloated cow!" Then Sandra went on to explain to Jeff, while her body was losing it's fat, it was being replaced by thick ripped muscle, which was making her body bigger in muscular girth. Then she told Jeff; "Darling, remember those lovely tits you loved to play with?" "Yes dear, I remember them and miss them dearly." Jeff replied. "Well when you come home darling, you'll still be missing them, they were made out of mostly fat tissue, and since I've already lost more then half my body fat, they have totally disappeared." So to slow down Sandra's growing body building progress, and keep her in the middle weight class division, Sheryl cut Sandra's 10 hour work outs back to 5 hours a day while Sheryl cut in half how many sets of reps Sandra was doing, and lowered the amount of weight she was lifting daily, while shaving off another 150 calories off Sandra's diet, and cut back the 2 steroid pills she had been giving Sandra daily, to one steroid pill every other day. This would insure that Sandra would stay between the light weight class body building division and middle weight class body building division, and Sheryl wouldn't feel insecure that Sandra could hit the heavy weight class body building division, and challenge Sheryl for her heavy weight class division title!.......One afternoon after Sandra's work out, as she was flexing and admiring her own gorgeous muscular female physique in one of the gym's full length wall mirrors, Sheryl noticed that Sandra looked more like a beefed up version of Jeff's house wife, then her lesbian lover, so Sheryl decided to take Sandra to the mall and get her a totally new make over. When they got to the Victorian Square Mall, the first place Sheryl took Sandra was to a hair salon. And last but least, Sheryl picked out a nice red lip gloss to accent Sandra's sexy little lips. Then Sheryl took Sandra clothes shopping, where Sandra bought two new wardrobes.
