The Hercules Power Fitness Challenge!-The Final Chapter!

The following evening as Mary was changing into a tank top and shorts in the women's locker room, she noticed her legs in the mirror. "Oh!" Mary thought to herself a little surprised; "My legs have gotten noticeably stronger looking already." Mary stared at the reflection of her stronger legs, as she walked closer to the mirror. With each stride she took, her legs flexed up and down. Mary made a mental note to herself, to make sure to check herself out again in the mirror at home, after tonight's work out. As she exited the women's locker room, Mary asked Brain; "OK, so how are you going to kill me today?" "Arms and chest." Brain replied. "OK then, let's do this." Mary said as she flexed her very soft, undeveloped scrawny arms. Mary's first upper body work out went much like her first leg work out. Mary struggled to bench press a 125 pound barbell Brain had set up for her. Mary couldn't do a single triceps curl with even a 2 pound dumbbell, and she had a very hard time doing bicep curls with five pound dumbbells. Mary did work through every set of reps her trainer pushed her to do, and with Brain's encouragement, completed her first upper body work out. Then Brain made Mary drink another cocktail of nutrition supplements and eat a healthy dinner.......The first three weeks, Mary hated going to the gym every night after working all day at the library. Sure Mary liked the changes she was seeing in her body, every night after she came home from the gym, Mary made sure to check her figure out in her full length mirror, to see her continuing improvements. Mary's arms were getting bigger and more cut. Her shoulders and lats widened, and her legs were getting straited and defined. Mary loved how her new body was developing, but she hated the constant muscular pain her body was in. Mary felt like quitting many times, but luckily Brain was there to change her mind. By the start of the second three weeks, Mary couldn't wait to meet Brain at the gym and work out. Mary was now beyond feeling the muscular pain from her work outs and was now able to lift a more considerable amount of weights........"Mary I remember when you started six weeks ago, you had trouble lifting the bar, just to do a squat." Brain told Mary at her final work out for the Hercules Power Fitness Challenge. Then Brain told Mary with a laugh in his voice, while sounding very proud of her body make over; "Now look at you Mary, you've turned into a muscle bound monster!" "I know Brain! I'm squatting 4 steel plates." Mary replied, putting on the steel plates on her side of the bar. Mary was now lifting almost twice her own body weight, and it felt like nothing to her now very strong muscular legs. With the barbell on her shoulders, she executed the perfect squat, nearly touching her glutes to the floor. Then Mary's glutes swelled up along with her quads to bring her body back up. Mary racked the barbell after doing three sets of reps, then looked at her legs in the mirror. Mary's legs were completely striated to the thick density of her building up muscle, drinking her daily cocktails of nutrition supplements, and eating healthy meals. The cocktails of nutrition supplements Mary had been drinking kept her body weight the same and even helped her gain an extra 15 pounds, but it dramatically dropped Mary's body fat  to a mere 6%. Mary went from a lard ass to a hard ass, her now round muscular bubble shaped butt filled out her shorts. Mary's small chubby pot belly turned into a hard brick wall of six pack abs.......Mary's hard abs seemed to pop out even more, when ever she exhaled. As Mary was bench pressing 150 pounds. Each rep Mary did her hard muscular pecs shook with a great deal of power and strength! There was an obvious separation between her left and right pectoral muscles now, each looking like a rock hard slab of thick beefy muscle. Mary's lats had also widened considerably as well! Mary's figure had gone from an I shape to a V shape, actually it was more like an X shape if you took her big muscular bubble shaped ass into account! But Mary's favorite exercises were the ones that worked out her now overly developed muscular arms. Mary's once thin, scrawny, soft arms that lacked any sort of definition what so ever, were now two thick, split soft ball size biceps, that felt as solid as a rock, now measured 18 inches fully flexed!......Now having very big strong muscular arms, was a very good asset for a female librarian who worked at the reference desk. Mary now found it a lot easier to lift and carry those heavy thick reference books around the library. But was a muscular female librarian a good asset for a library? The End!
